pkoko Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkoko ("pkoko", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkoko website and all related services available at pkoko.vu. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access it, whether via a mobile browser, desktop browser or any other means. By registering an account or placing any bet or wager on pkoko, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

pkoko reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of pkoko following the publication of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using pkoko immediately.

To register and use pkoko, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. pkoko operates a strict 21+ age policy. Any player who does not meet these requirements is not permitted to use the platform under any circumstances.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times you use pkoko.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual person, and not on behalf of any other party, business entity or organisation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete personal information during registration and must keep this information current and up to date at all times.

pkoko reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documentation, along with proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

To access pkoko's full range of products and services, you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at pkoko at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkoko account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkoko strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable any available two-factor authentication features. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact pkoko support immediately at [email protected].

• You must register using your own real name and accurate personal details. Registering under a false name or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• Each pkoko account may only be linked to one bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay mobile number. Payment method details must match the name on the registered pkoko account.
• pkoko may at any time request that you verify your identity by submitting a copy of a government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, or documentation related to your payment methods. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.
• You must not use pkoko for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

pkoko is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party. In the event of suspected unauthorised account access, pkoko may temporarily freeze your account while investigating the matter to protect your funds.

pkoko accepts deposits exclusively through its approved payment partners: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. pkoko does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the name of the account holder.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by pkoko's payments team and are generally processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, public holidays including Eid and Victory Day, or when additional verification is required. pkoko does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method that was used to make the original deposit to the account. pkoko does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in your name, or payment methods not linked to your pkoko account.
• pkoko reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity verification, proof of payment method ownership and source-of-funds documentation.
• Deposits made in error or duplicate deposits should be reported to pkoko support immediately at [email protected]. pkoko will investigate the matter and, where a genuine error is confirmed, will arrange the appropriate correction.
• All funds deposited into a pkoko account must only be used for the purpose of playing games on the platform. pkoko accounts must not be used as a means of transferring money between individuals or entities, or for any purpose other than genuine personal gaming activity.

pkoko reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of a thorough investigation. Players will be notified where such a hold is placed on their withdrawal.

pkoko offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses on subsequent deposits, free spin promotions and seasonal offers. All promotional offers are subject to individual bonus terms, which will be displayed clearly at the point of claiming the offer. These Terms apply to all bonus and promotional activity on pkoko in addition to the specific bonus terms.

All bonuses credited to a pkoko account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum bet size and expiry period applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated at the point of claiming. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement of, for example, 30x, this means the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in full on qualifying games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• pkoko reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform. Players who have already claimed a promotional offer will not be affected by the withdrawal of that offer once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus or promotion will expire within the time period specified in the individual bonus terms. Unused free spins cannot be exchanged for cash.
• pkoko reserves the right to reclaim any bonus, free spin winnings or other promotional benefit where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in breach of these Terms or the specific bonus terms.

All games available on pkoko are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe and Microgaming. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any bets. pkoko accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

All games on pkoko use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by pkoko, the game provider or the player. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are not adjustable by pkoko. pkoko does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit or return from any game.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. pkoko is not liable for any losses caused by technical interruptions, internet connectivity issues, device failures or other circumstances outside pkoko's reasonable control.
• pkoko reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game or the bet has been compromised, including but not limited to collusion between players, use of automated betting software or exploitation of a software error.
• Cricket betting markets on pkoko are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type, which are displayed within the betting interface. Settled bets are final. pkoko will not re-open or re-settle a bet once it has been confirmed as settled except in cases of a demonstrable and material error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkoko and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate. pkoko monitors player activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected.

• Opening or operating more than one pkoko account simultaneously, regardless of the device, name, IP address or payment method used.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with pkoko games, betting markets or the platform interface in a way that is not consistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market, including soft play in poker or card games, or coordinated betting to manipulate odds.
• Using pkoko to launder money or to process funds of any unlawful origin. Any transaction suspected of constituting money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and the account will be immediately frozen.
• Abusing promotions by creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity, exploiting a technical error or any other means to obtain a promotional benefit that you are not entitled to receive.

pkoko reserves the right to determine, in its sole and reasonable discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited conduct provisions. Decisions made by pkoko regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.

pkoko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity has occurred on or through the account; (c) the account holder is not eligible to use pkoko (including but not limited to being under 21 years of age); or (d) the continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to pkoko or to other players.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full depending on the nature and severity of the breach. pkoko will notify the account holder of the closure and the reason for it where it is lawful and appropriate to do so. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may contact pkoko support at [email protected] to request a review.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkoko shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a player's use of pkoko, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any financial loss resulting from reliance on the platform or its content. pkoko's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their pkoko account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkoko does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. pkoko will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occasionally affect platform availability. pkoko shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of platform unavailability or interruption.

pkoko reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. All amendments will take effect from the date on which the revised Terms are published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. pkoko may, at its discretion, notify players of material changes to these Terms via the platform or by email to the address registered on a player's account. It is, however, each player's responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.

Your continued use of pkoko after any amendment to these Terms is published constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using pkoko and, if you wish to close your account, contact pkoko support at [email protected].
